As our pieces are handmade to order in our Australian studio, please allow time for production. Production time starts from five business days and may go up to twenty business days.

Do you sell gift cards?
We offer gift cards in set amounts here, available to be used online. Gift cards are valid for three years from the date of purchase.
Gift cards are issued in AUD.
When will you ship my order?
As our pieces are handmade to order in our Australian studio, please allow time for production. Production time starts from five business days and may go up to twenty business days.
Once production is complete your order will be shipped immediately, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number provided.
Can I return/exchange an item?
Products purchased from vermeerstudio.com may be returned for credit or exchange within 14 days of dispatch date, subject to the conditions of our returns policy. For hygienic reasons, earrings can not be returned. Vermeer Studio does not issue refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchases.
