WE WILL THEN REVIEW THE INFORMATION AND GET BACK TO YOU. FOR FAULTY ITEMS WE OFFER REPLACEMENT OR FULL REFUND. ITEMS DAMAGED THROUGH NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR, ACCIDENT OR MISUSE ARE NOT CONSIDERED FAULTY.
